Conker is a coaching practice based in London and run by Mike Cooper.

Mike is a qualified coach, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and trained by Catalyst Coaching – a supplier of corporate coaching and business training across the country.

Working with the Catalyst Community enables Mike to stay up-to-date and in touch with peer coaches, to work within a supervised framework and to receive ongoing support and advice on best practice for working with clients.

Mike's career has mostly been spent in the communications industry, in both radio and television. He has worked extensively for ITV, the BBC and BSkyB in various roles including producer, radio presenter, television announcer, voiceover and television director. This "one-way" type of communication is fine for honing certain skills, but the two-way process of working with clients is often even more rewarding.

Mike is available to see clients face-to-face in the London area, or anywhere in the UK or across the world by phone or via the internet using technologies such as Skype – coaching works just as well over the phone as it does in person!
